Tour de France in London, Training Camp in CA, IM Canada less than 4 weeks away

I've been a busy boy. ........ Early last month I headed over to London for a long weekend to visit my high-school friend Grant and take in the first few stages of the Tour de France (back when it wasn't a giant mess).
