Tri this weekend, went pretty well. I'm reatively capable of swimming in a straight line now, which is huge. I also learned that 3.5 miles is the max I can run without socks on. This race had a 4.3 mile run, the last mile of which my shoes were busy knawing away at my feet. And I'm coming to terms with the fact it might be time to upgrade the bike. I think the 1990 Trek 1400 with probably 25K+ hard racing miles on it might just be past it's prime.
