We've got some major problems in this country. One problem that isn't getting nearly enough attention is the need for standarization of spicyness scales between different restaurants. See, I like spicy food, and when you go to a Chinese, Thai, or Indian restaurant, they have spicyness in terms of stars (but as we'll see, they're not the same stars). Mexican restaurants have little peppers by the food, and some wing places have "alarms" from 1-7, and regular old places have mild/medium/hot.
